Ruxandra has a Master’s in Public Health, and a background in business, as well as extensive NGO and youth organizations knowledge. She is currently working in a strategic role in procurement.

As the former treasurer, she coordinated the Finance and Partnerships team. She was in charge of the Coalition’s finances and supported the strategic work.

As a health economist, her mission is to find innovative ways of strengthening our health systems by re-purposing available resources or through using digital tools.
