About the Coalition
The Coalition for Global Health Innovation is a non-profit organisation committed to bringing innovative contributions to the field of Global Health by building a think tank of early-career professionals, making ideas into solutions, together.
About the role
Your main tasks as Legal Officer are to:
Draft/review CGHI’s documents, procedures, and policies
Providing legal support for CGHI’s activities, when needed
To lead and support CGHI’s work on legislation
Providing legal advice to support key business-driven strategic initiatives across the field of global health
Carrying out compliance monitoring per the annual strategic plan
Collaborate with Board members
Perform such functions as deemed proper activity for an elected officer of CGHI.
Qualifications
A passion to work towards the Coalition’s mission, interest in Global Health, experience with drafting legal procedures and some basic skills using different online tools are what we are looking for. It is also a merit if you are already familiar with CGHIs activities and have knowledge in the legislation of non-profit organisations.

Practicalities
The coalition works on a volunteer basis and we put in 3-4 hours per week, but this may vary according to your personal activities and the projects going on in the coalition.
We are a multinational group of people working together remotely through an online workspace and video-calls, so you can work from wherever you are in the world.
